Account Manager

  • Responsible for business development whit a major focus on greenfield hunting
  • Become trusted advisor for all client Technology needs
  • Maintain customer satisfaction within your assigned territory
  • Conduct onsite/online presentations on services and products offered
  • Qualify new sales opportunities for current customers 
  • Consistently attain annual sales target assigned
  • Work with sales administration team to ensure that quotes are provided and order requests are processed accurately
  • Attend and participation at weekly sales meetings

PRIMARY FUNCTION

 

The Account Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships and strategically delivering high value solution-focused sales. The primary function of this role is to drive growth and achieve revenue targets through new account acquisition as well as within the portfolio of existing accounts. This role stays abreast of information security market trends and understands multiple customer industries, business objectives, and top priorities. This role collaborates with a team of internal resources including practice leadership, subject matter experts, and solution architects to advance sales opportunities and client visibility.

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Business Development

 

• Achieve sales targets established by company leadership

• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline by continuously prospecting in assigned region or territory

• Develop and present sales presentations to large groups and executive level clients

• Develop and maintain C suite relationships within assigned region or territory

• Maintain industry relationships through organizations (ISSA, ISACA, etc.) and other networking venues

• Attend to leads with a sense of urgency and communicate timely feedback to the lead source

• Set expectations and maintain open communication with clients and vendors through the lifecycle of the sales process

• Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation

• Maintain fluency in the current threat landscape and countermeasures

Sell services within the Security arena working across Cisco, Palo Alto, Firewall, IAM, DLP, Compliance,  GRC, Penetration Test. 

 

Engagement Delivery

 

• Understand and communicate the engagement process to clients and prospects

• Collaborate with delivery team to ensure client satisfaction across all sold projects

• Ensure that client expectations are understood and met throughout the service delivery process
