In addition, you will be supporting customer environments and leading technical decisions for the client?s technical arena?s. From a technical perspective you may be supporting the following client solutions that include and may not be limited to: – Monitoring different I.T. platforms, atm network, mainframe consoles, attention to detail, escalating issues that cannot be resolved by staff.
